Classic Vantastic Goulash

Preparation
1. Make your meat substitute from the Vantastic soy cubes by pouring 300ml of boiling vegetable stock over 100g of the cubes, and leaving to soak for 30 minutes. Then drain the cubes well and press out any remaining liquid.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat, and sear the soy cubes on all sides. Add the onions and continue to fry briefly.
3. Now dust with flour, add the tomato puree, and cook until the tomato puree starts to turn slightly brown.
4. Pour in the red wine, and reduce the liquid by half.
5. Then pour in the vegetable stock, and add all the seasoning.
6. Bring to the boil briefly, and simmer over a low heat until the sauce reaches the desired thickness (approx. 15 minutes).
