Avocado and Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients

2 avocados
1 tb cocoa powder, slightly de-oiled
50 ml plant-based drink, such as almond drink

Preparation

1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the stone, and scoop the flesh out of the skin.
2. Add to a mixer with the milk alternative and the cocoa powder, and blitz until creamy.
3. Melt the chocolate drops over a bain-marie or in the microwave, and pulse into the avocado mixture until you have a homogeneous, delicately creamy consistency.
4. Pour into jars, and leave to cool in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
5. For different variations: Why not dust with chili powder before serving? Or try replacing the plant-based drink with coffee?
