Vantastic Sticks Cheezy-Style flavor of Italy with lemon-rocket salad & aubergine cream
Ingredients
For the Vantastic Sticks Cheezy-Style flavor of Italy:

For the lemon-rocket salad:

rocket

organic lemon (zest and juice)

olive oil

maple syrup

salt and pepper
For the aubergine cream:

Large
aubergine

tahini

Clove(s)
of garlic

lemon juice

olive oil

Preparation
Aubergine cream:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C using the fan oven setting.
2. Cut the aubergine in half, prick the flesh several times and brush with a little olive oil.
3. Place cut side face down on a baking tray and bake for approx. 20 minutes until soft.
4. Scrape out the flesh and puree with the tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Prepare the sticks Cheezy style:
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
2. Fry the Vantastic Sticks Cheezy-Style flavor of Italy both sides until golden brown (approx. 4-5 minutes).
Lemon and rocket salad:
1. Wash the rocket and shake dry.
2. Mix the lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, maple syrup, salt and pepper to make a dressing.
3. Pour over the rocket and toss the rocket.
Dressing:
1. Serve the cheezy sticks with the aubergine cream and rocket salad. TV chef Benedikt Faust wishes you bon appétit!
