Vegan Meat Loaf in Spätzle Pan

can sauerkraut

oil

spätzle noodles (from the refrigerated section)
Some
salt & pepper
Some
sweet paprika

tb
sweet mustard
2
tb
vegan milk alternative
1
Bunch(es)
chives
Preparation
1. Drain the sauerkraut. Cut Vantastic’s vegan meatloaf into strips.
2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the vegan meatloaf all over for about 4 minutes. Take out. Fry the paprika in the hot frying fat for 2-3 minutes. Add the Spätzle and the Sauerkraut and sauté for about 4 minutes.
3. Fold in the vegan meatloaf. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. For the dip, stir the milk alternative and mustard until smooth. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls. Stir into the cream. Season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Serve the Sauerkraut and Spätzle pan with the dip.
